The Head Chef in The Feathered Nest Inn in Oxfordshire, near London, comes from Tricity but he has rarely been seen here for the last 15 years. Leaving for the UK, he had nothing to do with professional cooking. Since then, he has worked for Michelin-rated restaurants: La Gavroche, Rhodes 24, or Le Manoirauxquat' saisons, as well as in Buckingham Palace and the British Embassy in Paris. Last year, he became the 2019 National Chef of the Year.
